Giampietro Mattolin

Giampietro Mattolin, photographer (www.fotomattolin.it) and traveler for over 30 years always looks for the "click" in a travel experience. He looks for the contrast between light and shadow in landscapes,  people and situations,  capturing the essence of details.

In 2000 he founded the association "HERITAGE - beyond borders" (www.heritage-oltreiconfini.org) to promote the spreading of creative expressions from different origins but, beyond communication, the association wants to turn the interest around every cultural event into a concrete support.

The theme of sustainable development is central in the projects of the association, that looks to a community and its culture, especially it regards ethnic minorities with a cultural heritage under threat of disappearing or it is passing through important transitions that need intercultural exchanges.

The support wants to become action also making an offer of travel (www.travelsoul.net) regarsing the project the Association wants to support.
